Domain management connection
The connection credential stays on your server. It is never sent to customers.
How customer sign-in works
- Create a Parking license for the customer.
- Assign project-name.parking.adt.technology to that license.
- Verify DNS / HTTPS, then copy the customer link.
- The complex admin enables online access and chooses accounts in the installed program.
The customer sees username and password only. No complex selector.
OWNER MANAGEMENT
User accounts
Create access for your team. Delete or restore accounts when needed.
Your main owner account is protected and cannot be deleted.
Only the main owner can create or remove accounts and change the domain connection.
Deleting a user signs them out and removes their access. Customer licenses and domains are kept. A restored user stays disabled until you enable it.
